Temodar, a medication used to treat multiple sclerosis (MS), will be sent to India for the first time by Amgen (AMGN), according to Biomedicine Today. Two thirds of all cancer therapies provided in India are supplied by MS, which is the country's main source of cancer medications. The second-biggest source is MS. Novartis, an Amgen partner, also ships biopharmaceuticals to India, including the MS medication, in addition to other shipments from Amgen's Indian partner Cipla. In 2014, the two major pharmaceutical companies announced their intention to collaborate.
